1. Who we are

Skalyn operates Skalyn. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. For questions or to exercise any right below, contact hello [at] skalyn [dot] ai.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email and authentication details (handled by our auth provider, Supabase).
• Business inputs: the onboarding answers, brand, and content material you provide to generate marketing assets.
• Usage data: first-party, cookieless product analytics (pages visited, features used) to understand and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only a customer/subscription reference — never your full card number.

3. How we use it

To operate the Service (including sending your inputs to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate outputs), to provide support, to process payments, to send service and lifecycle email, and to secure and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on: Supabase (auth & database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), AgentMail (email), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes data only to provide its function.

5. Email

We send transactional email (e.g. billing, security) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account, and optional lifecycle email (e.g. weekly reminders) that you can turn off any time from your account settings or the unsubscribe link in each message.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Product-analytics events are retained for a limited period and then deleted. When you delete your account we remove your projects, generated content, and account records, and cancel any active subscription.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export your data and delete your account from your account settings, or contact us at hello [at] skalyn [dot] ai.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Access to your data is scoped to your account.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the revised effective date and, for material changes, notify you. Governing law: Cyprus.
