Terms of Service
Effective July 11, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Skalyn(“we”, “us”), operator of Skalyn (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Skalyn uses AI to help you produce marketing strategy, brand, and content assets. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before you publish or rely on it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated material.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans (Pro and Studio) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to violate any platform’s rules, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the business information you provide and the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited right to process that material solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you submit.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skalyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
